I was kind of worried I’d feel trapped into buying way more than I needed, but thankfully I didn’t have to get too many. It was just the right amount, which made the whole thing feel a lot easier

"It was okay, but not great"
I ordered a few bags from here and, I don’t know, I was expecting them to be a little nicer. They’re usable, but a couple of the totes had loose threads and the shipping took longer than what I thought it said when I checked out. I did reach out to customer service and they got back to me, just not very quickly, and the answer didn’t really clear things up much. Maybe it was just my order, but for the price, I’d say it’s only fine. I’m not sure I’d buy again unless I couldn’t find something similar elsewhere

"Good everyday tote for the price"
I’m happy with this tote overall. The fabric feels sturdy, the stitching on mine was nice and clean, and it seems like these bags are a solid pick if you just need something simple for everyday use. One of the bags did have a few loose threads, but it wasn’t a big deal. For the price, I’d say the quality is definitely there, and I’d buy them again.

I got my tote bags and the actual bags are fine, but the printing was kind of disappointing. A few of the letters came out fuzzy, and the color looked noticeably lighter than the artwork I uploaded. I reached out and support basically said it can happen with fabric printing and that colors may not match exactly, which I get, but I still expected it to be a bit sharper. They’re usable, just not something I’d reorder with printing unless that quality improves.

I tried returning a tote because, the size just wasn’t what I thought it would be. The whole return process was kind of confusing, and I basically had to email them more than once just to get a straight answer. The refund also took way longer than I expected, and on top of that, I still ended up being charged for shipping both ways. So yeah, for me, it really wasn’t worth all the hassle, and I probably won’t order from them again

The tote bags showed up quickly, so I assumed everything would be fine, but the color wasn’t what I expected. I ordered what looked like a soft beige in the photos, and in person it came off way more yellow. The quality seems okay overall, but I was disappointed because I bought them to match an event theme and just figured the photos would be accurate.

"Decent bags, but the shipping stressed me out a bit"
I finally got my tote bags they’re fine, I do like them now that they’re here. But the delivery took longer than I expected, which was frustrating, especially since the tracking barely updated. One minute I was excited waiting for them, then I was annoyed wondering where they even were. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I really wish the shipping and tracking felt more reliable.

I was in a bit of a rush and only needed some plain tote bags, but I ended up finding way more options than I expected. There were lots of styles, colors, and sizes, so it was easy to narrow things down without having to jump between a bunch of other sites. the selection was good.

"Pretty good experience overall"
I ordered a few tote bags and was kinda surprised by how fast the shipping was. I got the tracking info soon after ordering, and everything showed up in good shape. It did arrive sorta a day later than the first estimate, so I’m going with 4 stars, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, not bad at all, and I’d order again if I needed more.

"Decent bags, but communication could be clearer"
I ordered around a couple dozen tote bags from totebagfactory.com, and overall the process was okay. My only real issue was the communication. They did reply to my questions, but some of the answers were only a sentence or two, so I ended up asking follow-up questions just to make sure I understood everything. The order did arrive, and the bags were fine for what I needed, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I just think they could explain things a little more clearly, especially if someone is ordering for the first time.
